Yep, they'll be in Best Buys all over the country. Kind of like how Apple has its own store, except you could say Best Buy is Samsung's store. HTC is doing something similar as well, they're going around the country's high end malls and making booths promoting the One. Only difference is they have to leave after a certain while, while Samsung's store is here to stay.
What's being overlooked though is that this phone hasn't technically been launched yet on U.S. soil. I'm sure after it's released we'll see ads a little more frequently, at least I hope for HTC's sake. If it's June or July and it's still like this then well you can chalk it up as yet another marketing blunder. I saw a commercial for the One today so maybe it's a sign for things to come. Although if I were an average customer and didn't read too much about phones and tech or wasn't on the lookout for One commercials, that commercial wouldn't have enticed me to pick one up or go to a carrier and ask about it. It was actually very forgettable, I probably would've forgotten I had seen it by the next commercial break. But since HTC doesn't have the funds for Samsung like marketing, most of how this phone is going to sell will be through word of mouth. We're about to see just how important that still is in a day and age where commercials move units.
