Is this update for my S7 ok? Opinions?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7.
Android 8.0.0
Samsung Experience Version 9.0

Just wondering if this update is ok, or overall opinions of it. Been postponing it for a bit. Is it ok for my phone and Android version? I can provide more info if needed. Thanks.

It's okay to install it, Samsung still releases security patches for the Galaxy S7. They just released the January 2020 patch on 4 February 2020.
