Is this worth returning a Phone?

This is the pic of the home key menu key etc that don't light up *sigh*

No offense, but that looks fine to me. You have to draw a distinction between "is it as bright as I'd like it to be" or "is it supposed to be brighter than this and it's not". There's a huge difference.

You may want to ask to see some TB's that are running at the VZW store or BB to make sure it's not just the way it is.

In my personal opinion I wouldn't bother. To me that's nothing as that's the way mine is as well. To me it just looks like the menu button wasn't that well planned because the m and e are skinnier than the n and u and if you notice the E is capitalized and everything else is lowercase. Now the letters are all the same height, but it's still odd.

Mine is brighter under the nu but the whole word is still readable in the dark. Thats not a defect.

It looks good to me. Not really different than my Inc. the nature of how the phone is built makes this happen. I doubt you'll find a bolt that doesn't have this.

Thank you all, as I stated before I didn't notice the difference until reading a post but I didn't want to be stuck with something that was a big problem for everyone. I looked at my son Dinc and his keys light up fine but I had to actually tell him what was wrong with mine before he even noticed. Thanks again.

I didn't notice the problem until I read the forum, only my M and E key is dull while the others are lit, don't know if it's a setting that is needed but im going to return it ughhhhhhh Best Buy drama again, it's dejavu!

Mine is like this too...I guess I wrote it off as normal.
