You can read the reviews here to get an idea. It does work from what people say but beware of the terms. Some people also experienced significant delays.

Your better off with AAA.
And most insurance comes with it too so either that or AAA. I have three. Just by default. My car has a warranty and I have it on that, my insurance has it and I can't take it off and I have AAA just because I've always had it and I use AAA for other discounts.
