I have two Google Accounts.
I recently had to do a Stock ROM install. After getting out of the brick I restored from the NANDROID backup I had done prior to trying to put a custom ROM on the phone; yes I did root and unlock the bootloader, but Verizon's "Unauthorized Software" message was still tripped.
But, now while on one of the accounts (while on Computer). I can't get apps to 'Install'.
It says it'll be downloaded shortly but no download indicator appears on the phone.
If I switch to the other Google Account, and go to the Play Store website, it works fine.
Both accounts show the phone.
I've tired:
-Clear Data (Play Store and Google Services)
-Uninstall Update (on Play Store)
-Removing the account with the issue and doing a complete shutdown and re-adding the account

...okay, for some reason it now works. Don't know why it hadn't for the past 10min I'd been trying to trigger the download...
