Issue loading ROM

I Rooted my EVO 4G Saturday with Revolutary.iu tonight tried to load Synergy ROM, First Rls1 then Rc2. Both Times i got a message "E: Cant open /sdcard/file name (bad) Installation aborted." What should i do next?

Make sure you have a good link that you are downloading it from. Try maybe a mirror site. Are you wiping the phone clean before you tried installing it? Before you wipe the phone, make sure you do a backup in case something goes wrong in the process.
