Issue making theme with ics

Has any one else have issues decompiling the framework or systemui sold with these ics roms? I want to port some themes but running into issues

Oh hell yeah, I cant decompile anything but classes.dex. Resources.arsc blows the hell up.

Read lots of reports of this in the Galnex forums but no real answer. Im sure it can be done some how. I will continue my search until I figure it out.

This ROM kicks ass!! But i'd like to put my twist into it!! I just found out about IDIOT, the developer said let him know about using with ICS, since he's never tryed.. but i'm learning its more then just his intergrated apktool..I've always used apk manager... i increased heap size up to 2GB still no go...theres got to be a way....

PS AWESOME JOB with the ROM!! I went to post on XDA but i guess because in the past i always used AC i can't post on devel forums because its "for advanced users only" so no promissions...lol .. I've writen my own apps, but not as advanced as some of the people w/ permission, some of which have no idea what a xml or any of the scripting even is...lol

Glad you like the ROM. Let me know if this works. At work until 9:30PM Central so I cant do anything.

It seems to work, kinda a pain I'm the ass, recompile, delete everything and recompile with different app, the developer for I.D.I.O.T said he's going to integrate the process into the program, it's a pain running as a stand alone

Dont feel bad. Still not working at all for me. Fernandor sor got it to towkr and modded my SUSUI and Framework.

I got the systemui to decompile first try with the method in the link, but won't recompile even without any changes, framework-res won't work at all

So its not just me....good. Well not good but at least I'm not alone. I would love to know what's causing the problem. This seems to work on stock ICS framework without issue.

Got a tip from someone on XDA and now all is well. I can decompile/compile framework-res with no issues.

It come from the same thread that scott posted? it looks like hes going to post how he's doing it..
