Issue when loggin on

When I log on to my s4 after the swipe and security code input, I get "complete action using" and then it lists Easy Launcher and TouchWiz, followed by "Always" and "Just Once". Regardless if I selected "Always" or "Just Once", I have to go through same action every time after I turn the phone on. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
