Issue with boot loop

Hey folks! I've been checking through the forums for a solution, but I can't seem to find my exact problem. I just upgraded to a Gnex from a Nexus S on Sprint, and I flashed CM10.1 and CWM. Unfortunately, I derped and forgot to hit wipe all data/factory reset before installing CM10.1, so I'm stuck in a boot loop on the CM loading screen. When I flashed CWM, I told the phone (when prompted) not to let it reset to stock recovery. However, now I'm unable to boot into anything other than ODIN (which mentions Downloading, but doesn't give me any other options). I'm assuming something went wrong with the recovery, but from here, I really have no idea what to do in order to get to recovery, wipe the data, and reinstall CM10.1. If anyone could help me out, I would be much appreciative.

Thanks so much!

First download the recovery.img from the CWM website. Then attach the phone to the comp and use fastboot. (you need drivers, fastest, adb, and Cmd (terminal)) navigate to where your fastboot is at place the recovery.img there. Then Type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img. Then go to the phone. Load back into recovery and wipe the phone. Then install CM10.1 from recovery if file is on the phone. If it's not use adb to push the file. Good luck
