Issue with charging

So last night I connected my charger before I went to bed, woke up this morning and the phone still was pretty much just about dead. Planning on verifying my charger works when I get home on lunch, and if it is having issues, will of course take my phone back to Sprint since I just got the phone Saturday. Just wondering if anyone else has issues with their charger connection either being loose or the phone not charging.

I had an issue with the wife's phone this morning where the cable wasn't in the power plug all the way and the Epic thought it was connected to a computer (offered to mount/unmount the SD card). It still charged all the way though.

I'd check your battery, make sure you're completely up to date, and then check the cable and plug.

Probably could use a new battery and charger.

Went home for lunch and attached the charger to the phone. Discovered that the connection does come loose quite easily. Hooked up another cable to it and it too came loose, will be taking the phone back for an exchange since the connector itself seems to be the issue.

Took my phone in, told them about the issue. They tried two of their own charging cables, agreed about the problem. Handed me a brand new phone.
