Im really loving my new M10P, however, im having an issue playing playlists in the stock music player.

I really like the Huawei stock music player, especially the "Juke Box" UI in Landscape mode and as I find Google Play Music has one of the ugliest UIs, I was looking forward to using Huaweis MP....

Ive found that when I import Playlists from jRiver.. they dont show up at all, yet they show up and play fine in Google Play and PlayerPrio.

Ive tried importing both M3U and PLA, but nothing works..

Other than installing HiSuite, Has anyone else had this or fixed it?.

Hey guys

Just to share.... I didnt manage to sort the playlist issue out, but through experimenting Ive found that the stock music player doesnt create "playlists" as such, it creates links to tracks in your music library.. and if you open a file explorer on the Mate 10.. there is no "m3u, pla or wpl" playlist in the folder or any files... which incidently, is exactly the same way jRiver does it .. and with JRiver, it "exports" the playlist onto your device or backup, unlike say WMP / WinAmp / iTunes / Songbird or another MP which "creates" playlists.

Anyway, Ive now moved to Google Play Music, which I dislike due to the hideous Orange, childish UI.. but hey.. it gets the job done and its only a MP :) .. it would just be nice if Google included a few different colour palettes for the UI...

So I still didnt manage to fix the issue, but I can live with the workaround on an otherwise Amazing device :)

Plus Im not installing, Importing and messing with my Huge music library in HiSuite just to test this..

Enjoy & Peace :)
