Cricket Wireless ZTE Z965
Running 7.1.1
Not rooted (apparently cannot be rooted by 3 different programs?)
I have an internal-formatted 32 GB microSD in the phone, but run into the "low space" problem. The phone appears to be recognizing the card as internal (as the option to change default storage is greyed out and set to "Phone"), but it's also NOT, since I'm persistently being told I have no space. Recently, after my friend used unknown means to resolve the issue via bluetooth connection to his own device (I do not know how), it has popped up again without any device restarts or updates.
Could the issue be with the fact that the inserted card is SDHC I, and not SDXC as listed on the manufacturer's specs? I mean, what's the point in making a phone capable of 2TB microSDXC if one can't properly utilize as internal storage?
After all, this phone is 16GB with almost 8GB eaten up by "system".
Thanks for any advice.
