Issue with mms attachments

Anyone else having issues with mms attachments in the stock messaging app. Mine go through but they take awhile, sometimes a minute or more. Sometimes a photo attachment, sometimes a select tool

Mine works fine. Maybe a chat with service provider to make sure your settings are where they should be...
