Issue with TikTok 'Shop' Feature on Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G

Hello Friends,

I recently purchased a Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G and updated it to Realme UI 5.0 (Android 14). Since the initial installation of the TikTok app, I have been unable to locate or utilize the 'Shop' feature within the application, despite being in Malaysia, where the feature should be accessible.

I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging out from other devices, but none of these efforts have resolved the issue. I've also updated the app to the latest version router login, which is 33.6.1.

Last year, I reported the problem to TikTok's support team, but I have yet to receive any feedback.

Interestingly, when I log in with the same account on other devices, such as Oppo A78 5G and iPhone SE 2016, the 'Shop' feature works seamlessly.

I'm reaching out for assistance as I really need to access the 'Shop' feature on my Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
