Issue:with touch sensitivity while connected to me computer to charge! (anyone else?)

I was having BB Storm flash backs, when I noticed that my touch screen sensitivity was way messed up (very noticable in swype). After killing all of my apps, rebooting and uninstalling recently installed software. I found that my problem was solved by simply unhooking my phone from my computer (set to Charge Only). Has anyone else noticed this issue? Not sure if the wall or car charger causes the same issue.
