Issues loading Phiremod v6.3

I am running into some issues trying to load on Phiremod.

I am going the same route as described to mount DeeperBlue's Honeycomb build onto your internal memory.... flash clockwork .img onto the 4GB mSD card, drop .zip for Phiremod onto the mSD card... then go through the typical wiping/data resets as you do with any ROM load yet the only time my NC boots is when I have a bootable mSD card in the slot.

Did you install the Phiremod zip using clockwork recovery and did you try downloading the Phiremod zip again in case the first download was corrupted?
