Issues trying to save document

I have a document in my email - it keeps saying "failed to save". I've tried to save it, I've also tried to share it from the tablet to the S9Plus - it won't share via Samsung Flow or Bluetooth, even when it shows the devices connected. I'm figuring there's an easy fix here but not sure what it is.

So f as r I've only been able to print it to pdf then download way to my phone.

Does your email app have permission to use your phone's storage?

Settings -> Apps -> Email -> Permissions
Make sure the Storage toggle is enabled

It does and that's what's frustrating. I have Nova Launcher on but don't see where there are issues there. I've been using Bluemail for a long time.

I tried deleting that app and re-enabling the Gmail and that did not work. Frustrating.

Have you found a solution yet? Perhaps it would help to contact the developer and file a bug report.

Quite honestly, I returned the S9Plus for my original choice Note 8. No issues now.
