issues watching embedded videos

i recently have developed a issue when trying to watch embedded videos on my S10. i keep getting "an error has occurred". I can force video to work by going into incognito mode but it doesnt work any other way. if anyone has insight on this that would be great.

Try going into safe mode. If that works, it's an app you installed.

i ran phone and safe mode and it worked. i rebooted and tried it again and it worked without me having to remove the last app i added. i had rebooted before several times and i'm not sure why that didn't do the trick, but thanks so much!!!
