Hello, new user struggling on Samsung S21 5G.
My sim slot was broken for a while, so I switched to eSIM, and the eSIM stopped working all of a sudden. The issue is that every eSIM that is added is listed as "Unknown number," and regardless of location, there is never a signal. Right now, the top left of the screen, where there was carrier information, is completely blank.
I have contacted my SIM provider, US Mobile, to no avail, and I am starting to wonder if this issue is a hardware problem.
