Hello everybody. I have something to share with you guys. After updating my Note4 (SM-N910G) to Marshmallow with Odin (6.0.1 Bangladesh) I have noticed one glitch. It appears while charging. I usually keep fast charging off as it heats up my device too much. But I noticed something strange. While the phone turned off as I connected my charger, instantly I saw 3 green dots which meant my device is fast charging. Immediately I turned on my phone to see the notification "Fast Charger Connected". So I went to check the Fast charge on-off toggle and to my surprise it was turned off. My device at that time was at 14% charge. I again disconnected the charger and reconnected it. This time there was no notification of "Fast charger connected. I felt a bit relieved, so to check I turned off my device again to my utter surprise I saw those 3 green dots indicating my device was fast charging. (Only a single green dot denotes normal charging). I got shocked and then I turned on my device again. The notification of "Fast charger connected" reappeared. So my question is this, did the latest update removed the ability to switch on-off the fast charging method? Is it a software glitch or a hardware issue? My device is becoming very hot to touch even there is no notification of "Fast Charger Connected"... This means my device is actually fast charging even though I have switched it off. Did anyone else face the same issue? Please help...
