issues with gosms after jb upgrade

hey folks,

i upgraded to jelly bean, and now i cant type the password for my private box in go sms. I tried restarting my phone, and unistalling/reinstalling, but still nothing. when i type the numbers, its not recognized.

any suggestions?

fixed temporarily by typing password in a text, copy, then paste in the password box. gets me in, but i still cant type the password
