Issues with LG V10

I have had a couple of issues since I bought this phone. My understanding is that one of them has to do with the Android version...

1. Has anyone else had an issue with the camera light coming in randomly and only able to turn it off by rebooting phone? It happens 2-3 times a month.

2. Anyone else have issues with editing pics not saved? I did not do ANY updates and never had an issue, then out of the blue last week, I was no longer able to save edits. I had to download a separate app to do so. What is the point of having 2 stock image/pic apps on a phone that is Google backed, yet I cannot use either one to save edited pics??

These are new ones to me. Most of my issues are with Bluetooth not playing media properly.....at all really....when connected to my car's head unit
