iSyncr Help

After having no luck with virtually every free music transfer service under the sign, I've decided it's time to pony up and pay for one. I've heard great things about iSyncr. I installed the lite version just to make sure it works before buying the full version, but I'm having issues.

When I hook up my phone (Droid Razr HD Maxx) to my laptop and click to sync it via iSyncr, the box comes up and says "Initializing" but it never does anything. I've let it sit like that for 20-30 minutes, and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I believe that we can resolve our issue by trying to refresh the media database on your Razr HD Maxx, allowing the database to rebuild, then trying to make a connection with iSyncr Desktop again.

After the database rebuilds, you should be able to get past the initialization stage of iSyncr Destkop.
