iSyncr not syncing my playlists?

[AC Question]

Hi,

I'm trying to sync my music to my LG G4 with iSyncr, I have iSyncr on my phone and laptop, both of which, are on the same network.

My LG G4 has no problem discovering my laptop, but when I click on it, it says "No playlists found on this computer. Check iTunes for an error."

There are no errors in iTunes, and I tried looking on Google for this error, but I cannot find any solutions to this problem. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it, or if there is an easier method on transferring playlists from iTunes to my phone, I would be grateful! Thanks!
