It Has Arrived!!

Much to my surprise ... my X from Amazon arrived today instead of tomorrow!! W00T!!

Just unpacking it now, and I was expecting a 2GB SD Card, and much to my surprise, it is the 16GB Card, so awesome!

Thank you very much! I have most things up and running, since it is very simple setup and I had already migrated my calendar, contacts, etc from my iPhone to Gmail.

The customization is almost overwhelming!

root and freeze all the bloat and it will be much faster and the bat will last longer.

And then underclock it to 800mhz. Still runs smooth since a lot of the apps are frozen.

Ok, so I have everything backed up with Titanium and Bootstrapper. And the phone rooted with Z4. I did freeze a few pieces of Bloatware ... still trying to get a feel for the not so obvious apps that I should freeze. Watching some videos on Undervolting ... I appreciate the recommendation above, but have no idea what it means still. Haven't decided if I am going to try a custom ROM just yet ... I most likely will since I just HAVE to tinker.
