It is safe to use magnetic charger for Z2- D6503 ?

Recently, I have started to use a magnetic charger for my Z2 D6503, but the problem is that the power source via the magnetic charger is not sufficient! Actually the battery drains while charging and hence takes way too much time to charge ! Is this normal for all magnetic chargers, any suggestions ?
