It says beta is full when i try to update messenger

Im trying to update messenger that i already have installed and it says beta is full for this app. Im not able to update

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the Play Store's app page for the app, scroll down, and tap the Leave Beta option. Wait for the stable version of the app to reinstall, which hopefully happens right away.
