It shows your Device is modified by an unauthorized way

[AC Question]

when i try to see my update in SM-530H it shows the operating system of my device is modified in an unauthorized way.....why???
And it has a problem with its front camera.....when i gonna open it,it shows "error occured restart camera" what should i do???
How can i get relief from these pain???
I want to update my device from kitkat to lollipop.....
