Items under settings not alphabetized

Anyone know why the items under Menu --> Settings are not alphabetized? i.e. Wireless & Networks, then Call Settings, then Sound, then Display, etc...

I'm sure to some degree its probably designed to have the things your going to need more often near the top.

I suppose... but seems silly - or at least let me customize it how I want...
