In theory, yes. I just drove across the country on I-40 though, and I wasn't too excited about T-Mobile during the trip. In general, I don't give a flip about 4g 42mbps, just upgrade your GPRS (Circa 2000) to 3g/UMTS so our modern phones like the One S can at least function between cities.
