Looks like the CM team cracked the code on the reboot/bootloop Kernel issue. The current nightly DEC12 CM 11 has none of those issues. The team reports they stayed up half the night after discovering the issue. So, looks like they plan to push a stable 10.2 soon and many CM based roms are about to get a lot more stable. Whooo Hoooo!

Nice! Good job on their part!
 
The last 2 CyanogenMod 11 nightlies (dec 18 & 19) have been buttery smooth for me. No issues what so ever. Highly recommended.
