I'm coming back to the S7E after this entire Note 7 experience. After comparing every other phone out there its clear to me that the S7E is still the next best thing next to the Note 7.

Any idea when the Coral Blue is coming to Verizon?

I've been back and forth a few times too and circle back to the s7edge. I've got the gold because tmobile didn't offer black 😐

Same here. I tried the pixel xl but it just didn't seem like it was worth the price. I'm using a moto z play until my coral blue edge comes in. I don't even notice a difference speed wise when it comes to this moto compared to the pixel.

I would "assume" the carriers would have them out by black Friday for holiday shopping, even though AT&T are the only ones that confirmed a date so far.
It didn't sound like any carrier exclusive deal, so I can't see one getting theirs much ahead of the others.

Turned in my Note 7 two weeks ago and after trying to buy a LG V20 at Best Buy who didn't have it in stock and still doesn't so I went with an S7 edge. Its grown on me. I miss my Note 7 but no other phone compares with the amoled screen (my Note 7 was brighter), wireless charging and water resistance. The only difference I see with the coral blue S7 is the color no other hardware changes and you pay a premium for it too.

The price for the coral blue edge is the same as the other colors. I used att upgrade every year so I only have to pay half of it then once the s8 comes out I can go to there.

Spoke with them yesterday… no clue when or if the coral blue will show up.

S7E is definitely the next best thing to the Note 7 after looking at the top new contenders. Still missing a few things like S-pen, bigger screen, usb-c, and Grace UX, but it'll more than hold me over till the S8 Plus or Note 8 comes out

Its a shame that the Note 7 went out like that but thank goodness Samsung made the S7 Edge, as I to was waiting to get a Note7 (coming from a Note4) and when the N7 debacle happened I got worried as to what phone I'd get, lucky the S7 Edge was there with its huge 3600mAh battery, incredible 5.5inch SuperAMOLED, IP68 Protection, Wireless Charging, amazing 12MP Camera, powerful Exynos8890 and most other things that the Note7 had.

Its a shame we won't experience the SPen, Iris Scanner and the Wider less curved 5.7inch display, but we at least getting Grace UX.

USB-C is a small loss, how long did it take for MicroUSB to become widely available? We are still going to get some new devices (particularly in the mid to low end - the most popular category of phones) coming with MicroUSB, so no rush there :)

Boy do I agree about micro usb. It is still ubiquitous and I see ZERO advantage to USB C since Samsung disables HDMI connectivity anyway.
