I've just factory reset my Galaxy Tab 3 and cannot set up either of my email accounts

I've tried setting up both gmail and an ntlworld account I've tried manually setting these up with different server setting with no success. Can any one help?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you're trying to add these email accounts to the stock Email app? Is 2-factor authentication enabled for both of those accounts?
