I've lost my phone while skiing, can i get it back.

So I was skiing and I forgot to zip up my pocket. After my last run I put my hand into my pocket just to realise my phone's gone. I searched for a while but it was snowing and it had already covered quite a bit of ground. I've tried using android device manager to track it but no luck (I know it can find phones because it found my friends phone). We tried calling it and it rung so we thought it was still on but then we found out that that's not very reliable. I lost it on 10/02/2016 and I don't know what to do.

1. Once the phone is under a bit of snow, not much signal is going to get to it, so the chances are slim.

2. After being in the snow for a few days there's a good chance that the phone is so water damaged that even if you got it back it wouldn't pay to fix it.

Sorry man... i think its gone. Even a rugged cellphone cant endurance it. IMO the agm are great ruggeds (and cheap too :S) but i wont took mine to sky xD . Sorry.
