"I've ordered my Galaxy S7!" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

Which version and color are you pre ordering?

Question for people who ordered through T-Mobile, how soon did the order status change from 'Being Processed'? Mine is stuck in 'Being Processed'(Black S7) since the last 48 hours, no updates, nothing except an order confirmation text I received yesterday morning. My CC hasn't been charged yet.
The last time I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus about a year or so ago through T-Mobile, my order went from 'Being Processed' to 'Backordered' within 24 hours since that model was backordered at the time. This time no changes since this is also Backordered.

Mines still stuck on it since the 29th. It just means it hasn't been shipped yet.

What's frustrating is that we who didn't get it early will most probably miss out on the promo deals for the free Gear VR, since they are in limited quantity per the fine print. If that happens, I might return my phone. That was literally the only reason I preordered on T-Mobile, and the whole fraud alert thing will ruin everything.

I will be angry if I miss out on the free watch or VR. You can start claiming the free stuff on March 4... And us Verizon customers won't even be able to,do that until we get the phones next week sometime.

...Some carriers who release new items before the date set could actually get into serious trouble, although unlikely. ....

I can't imagine what kind of "serious trouble". Samsung needs the carriers. You think Samsung would actually stop selling through a carrier, and lose all those sales, just because they shipped a handful of preorders early?

Agreed. The VR promo starts the 4th, but the release date is the 11th. Unless I'm missing something, you need the phone in hand for the IMEI and MAC numbers. So the promo starts 7 days before the 'official' release date? You'd think if Samsung really cared, the dates would be the same.

The fine print also says: "Customers purchasing in-store or online from Costco, Sprint, Target, or Best Buy retail locations will be subject to terms and conditions outlined by the respective carrier or retailer for point of sale redemption and are therefore not eligible for redemption on SamsungPromotions.com." This doesn't help much, but it limits the people that can redeem.

It also appears only people that ordered from vzw.com can redeem for the watch or VR. Everyone else can only choose the VR. This is good news!

February 23, 2016 and ends on March 18, 2016 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

How do you know Sprint is shipping now? I ordered yesterday and it says order shipped than it says being processed at the warehouse which is near my house. So I am hoping so bad I get it tomorrow.

My friend who has AT&T just got her shipping notice. I also noticed that Sprint is also shipping now. I really wish Verizon didn't have the best coverage in my area. I just can't switch. I tried T-Mobile once and it was terrible in my area.

Silver
Verizon
ordered at 8:15AM on the 23rd. the status says still processing and the ship date fluctuates between 3/11 and 3/30

I ordered mine from Verizon on 2/24 and it shows a shipping date of 11/17/1858 for me. Not sure what to make of that.

I also ordered through AT&T at my local Best Buy on the 23rd of Feb and am I bit puzzled why it seems to be taking so long compared to how other carriers have already recieved and delivered to their customers. I thought AT&T was one of the biggest, if not the biggest seller and carrier of Samsung products. That should have given them priority of the delivery of the S7 phones and not put at the end of the line, like it seems. Not happy with AT&T nor Best Buy.

I feel the same way about Verizon. Especially now that the registration for the Gear VR and Gear S2 on the promotions page already started and they haven't even started shipping the phones out yet.

I ordered twice on ATT's website for full retail. Both times my order canceled a day later saying my identify could not be confirmed, even though I ordered when logged into my account and my credit card was accepted. Went to the store to order and they can't do preorders for full retail, so I ended up doing an a Next installment plan which I'll pay off later. Pretty irritating. But so far my order shows as "preparing to ship" with a time frame of 3/7 - 3/10.

Bought mine on the Samsung store yesterday. They're saying the phones are being already delivered within 2 business days so I should be getting it either Friday or Monday.

S7. Black. European (with all the freedom that comprises).

Yea what else is new lol. They always lie. Mine still says 3/11 as well.
Of course I have my case and screen protector already.... Sucks.

I just got my cases and screen protector also....I was sitting there all pathetic holding them with no phone to put in them lol
