I went to Sprint to order my Silver S7 Edge but they wanted $349 with VR. So I poped over to BB and ordered there for $299 with VR and MicroSD but they are not taking orders for silver stating they will not be available yet. Black and Gold only so I ordered a gold. I was kind of waffling between the two anyway, never had a gold phone and silver looks like an HTC model.

Getting really pissed off at Verizon. Ordered a silver S7 Edge on Friday, and during the entire order process and in the confirmation email it says it will ship by 3/11. My online order status, however, now has an estimated ship date of 3/31!!! Customer service said that the ship date on the confirmation email would be honored, but I'm extremely skeptical. Arrgh!

What's funny is that T mobile and Verizon are always at each other as to which carrier is better. T-Mobile customers already have their s7/s7 edge. You would think Verizon would be shipping theirs out too just due to the fact that t mobile is showing them up.

I see that now too. Thanks for the heads up. I'm guessing (and hoping) that is why it changed on the order status as well. Like an auto update thing and that it won't affect those ordered on the opening day

You would think that Verizon has just about the most leverage with Samsung regarding when they will release the phone. It will probably be released in a few more days but it is interesting to see that Verizon has maintained that wall of silence between itself and its customers regarding its plans. It certainly isn't perceived as a "friendly" company. OS updates to its phones are agonizingly slow. Looks like they don't care what their customer relationship is.

I ordered mine first thing in the morning on the 23rd and my moronic bank thought it was fraud when T-Mobile charged. Now I'm in the same boat. The order is there in the order status page, but there's no indication of status. Last I called, T-Mobile said they are waiting for more stock.
