"I've ordered my HTC 10!" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

Ordered mine 4/30. My order status has been "pending fulfillment" since 5/5. I just checked my checking account, and the pending charge that was posted on 5/5 has since been removed. I was never charged. I'll to have to call them today when I get off work. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Anyone else still waiting on shipping confirmation? Ordered 5/2 --- still Says pending fulfillment --- chatted with Customer Service today. All they can say is the order looks good, and I have been charged ---- gave me no indication of a potential ship date.

Orderd 5/2. Its in my hands now as I received it this morning. I am getting ready to set it up. I got shipping notification from HTC as well when it shipped.

Just got my shipping confirmation! Less than an hour after I posted to ask if anyone else was in pending fulfillment purgatory. Should have phone by 3PM EST tomorrow.

Those of you who are frustrated and want to cancel; do not cancel. This phone is worth waiting for. You don't have much features but it checks every box.

UPS has pooched me again. Going on a week since this damn thing has shipped but they can't seem to get their **** together.

Re: "I've ordered my HTC 10!" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

I ordered mine on Friday 5/6 around noon and got the shipping confirmation today 5/9 around 2:00 pm. Excited! I got the two day shipping and it says that I'll get it Wednesday 5/11 around 4 pm.

I ordered my phone on April 12th and I still haven't received an email about something free ? I am happy with my phone s no big deal but wonder what they are going by for these gifts

I ordered mine 4/12 as well. Have you received your phone yet? I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation.

Check your order email. If you don't see the last four digits of your CC and only asterisks, your order probably didn't go through. Happened to me. They say it had something to do with clicking on PayPal and then my CC. So nice of them not to tell me beforehand. I had to order again and call in to get the discount again, minus tax. And I probably won't get that free crap they're offering.

I was wondering the same thing. So, I asked... no answers, but maybe you'll have better luck.

Only u and 1 other replied so I guess no one has received it...i even tried going to a phone store to buy one and they didn't have any

Personally, I suggest people not get their hopes up for that as HTC needs money and giving away expensive headphones is not a great way to do that. However, I'd expect something like inexpensive headphones, charging accessory, something physical that cannot be emailed.

I seriously hope I'm wrong! I'd love to get the high-rez sets but when they said, "small token of appreciation", it didn't sound like a high-rez set to me.
Well the high res headphone's included in every other HTC10 package all around the world, so don't see why not include it for the US.

Marketing. Americans are willing to toss their money into tech toys and frivolous things whereas people in most other countries need to enticed to fork over that much money. I'm not generalizing in a nationalistic kind of way, I'm just speaking as a business owner who does a lot of international sales of high-end electronics.

Again, I really hope I'm wrong! However, for them to send out expensive sets after the fact would be surprising as it's a terrible strategy for the position they are in. A company that is facing disaster doesn't usually offer free stuff AFTER the sale. They do it before in order to entice buyers. Let's hope they make the unwise move of sending us those hi-rez sets though! :p

For those still waiting, I feel bad for you. But I will echo the sentiments of others, just be patient. The phone is worth the wait. Trust me, I know it's hard. I, too, have called htc customer service angry about their delays in shipping. But after all the headaches, the phone is as good as advertised. Now if only I can get one of those emails about a free gift. Lol

has anyone who ordered on or after the 14th received the Thank you/Small Token of Appreciation e-mail? I ordered my phone on the 14th and got the phone on the 6th yet I still havn't gotten the e-mail. I hope they are doing the small token of appreciation for all who pre-ordered the phone and not just for those that preordered on the 12th or 13th.

If HTC wasn't going to include the hi-res earphones (which are actually excellent), then they really needed to have them available for sale at the same time as the phone - a lot of missed sales since people will make other earphone choices and are not very likely to return to the site after purchasing the phone.

I ordered the last day of the pre-order period last Wednesday, received the phone yesterday, and I just now got the small token of appreciation e-mail. Very curious as to what it will be!
