"I've ordered my HTC 10!" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

Same thing here, just got off the phone with Customer Support and said it wouldn't ship for 5 weeks or early June, so I'm calling back and canceling my order.

I am raising an eyebrow on that one. I wonder what story you would get on a call back?
 
For those who are being impatient and trying to cancel over frustration, I would say take a day or two and see how things are going because customer service reps normally don't know the full details. If you cancel and try to place an order again you will go back to the queue again. Just wait a day or two before pulling the plug. My 2 cents.
 
So did the high res earphones come with it. I read that it was supposed to have them then that changed to US version wasn't going to have them. Just curious since people are now actually getting the phone.

They told me the same thing last night. They said they'd charge my card when it was getting ready to ship, but that it'd be end of May/early June. I was literally ready to cancel, I was just holding out for tmobile to announce an official release date. Then HTC charged my card earlier today. So mine should be on the way soon. So there's hope for yours as well.
 
seriously they dont know anything. I ordered mine May 4th and its in fulfillment getting ready to ship now bro

I'll give them a week I guess. I used PayPal and my card was charged the same day I placed the order. So hopefully within the next day

I called. They said mine was still in payment pending and will be automatically canceled, and I'll have to put in a new order tomorrow, and call back to have them give me the $100 discount. For what it's worth, my order page still shows the order as Boxed Shipment.

I guess at this point I'll wait it out and see what happens, but I'm not happy. They said because I had clicked PayPal(which I did by accident) and changed it to credit card, that's why it never charged my card. It seems like total BS.

In the future, they should just sell direct through Amazon. Then you'd know it'd be done right.

I had the same thing happen to me. I cancelled that order and placed a new one yesterday. Now my credit card has been charged and my status is "pending fulfillment ". Would have been nice for them to contact me about the issue, rather than having to call to find out about it.

I'm normally a pretty patient person. It's just frustrating when their website doesn't work to check your order and when their site says early May but your told it's pretty much back ordered for a month that type of stuff just gets to me.

Yeah... It's amateur hour at HTC (actually all the time it seems).

Been limping along with my M7. Hard to see others getting theirs when they ordered after me.

I'm on the phone demanding to speak with the manager now. This is ridiculous, I ordered on the 13th and guys on the 19th getting theirs first. Are they shipping by state or something because my state is Florida.
 
I got my VRZ HTC 10 from HTC today and I tried to transfer my number from my HTC M9 and Straight Talk told me my phone was not compatible. However if I put a generic pay as you go sim (On AT&T) and tried the web site compatibility check, it said it was compatible.
 
Do you guys have the link to check status at Digital River?
I could check status only at HTC website which just says Pending for Fulfillment.
 
I had no status until FEDEX sent me a next day delivery notice. Then after that I got an email from HTC saying it had shipped.
