Yes they are universal.

Very nice. I don't mind paying $8 for it -- really isn't a bad price .

It really isnt a bad price but i think i earned the $8.00 Moto's customer service seem like they are in india. The person was clueless of thier products, barely spoke english, put me on hold 3 times, and each time he came back he forgot what he was looking into. After 15 mins I screamed for a supervisor she hooked it up..

If you order on Amazon, can you get the Moto insurance coverage for $79 and claims for $49, same as if you ordered from Motomaker?

Can you get the insurance for the phone if you buy it from Amazon, or is it only available for purchases direct through Motomaker?

By the way, Motomaker is now showing backorder status and dates after Sept 24.

Oops...anyway, just to see what shipping dates are now, I went to make the phone I ordered earlier again and now the delivery date is Sept. 24. The one I actually ordered when pre-orders opened up is Sept. 15, so they definitely have had the demand for it.
