haha, mine too! albeit, this is the 2nd one I ordered. The first one I ordered still hasn't shipped... I wonder why?

My first order is on its way! I ordered a white/silver front and teal back with champagne trim on 9/3, and early this morning I got an email from Motorola saying it has shipped. (My daughter had a bad dream at about 2am and came to our bed, and that’s when I saw the email.) FedEx says it should arrive Wed. 9/16, but I am having them hold it at the office, which is on my way home from work.

I ordered the white/silver front because the white/champagne front I really wanted was perpetually out of stock. But on 9/11 it became available, so I ordered another with the same back and trim, but the new front; I’ll return the first one. The new one is still being built, Moto’s expected delivery date is Oct. 8. So I’ll have to return the first one about a week before the second one arrives, meaning I’ll have to slum w/ my X13 until the new 15 arrives. Honestly though I may not even use the white/silver one, just check it out, because it has to be returned and if something happens to it I’ll be screwed.

Come to think of it, if the first one arrives on the 16th, that’s 13 days from order to delivery. So the one I ordered on the 11th could be here on the 24th. Still within the 14-day return window. Maybe I’ll just be super careful w/ the first one for a few days.

I ordered Mine 9/11 and has a delivery date of 9/17. I am really hoping it ships early though, I am anxious to try it out. Anyone else order theirs at the same date as me?

I ordered 2 on 9/2 like an 2 hours after pre-order window because i was having issues checking out. i got one for me with nothing custom and ordered one for my wife that she customized herself adding her name and custom welcome message. my estimated date of of arrival on Motorola website is 9/17/15. i haven't received another email from Motorola saying it's shipped and i haven't found any deliveries to my address using fed ex app yet. I see all these stories of people getting there phones early and it makes me even more anxious to get mine.

I ordered on release day afternoon. I'd originally had a 9/15 delivery date, but of course had misgivings and went back to tweak the motomaker build, and the next thing I knew, my ship date was 9/22! :/

It's been stuck in 'Device Being Built' since 9/3.

Mine is due 9/22 as well. Talked to a rep last night that said estimated ship date is 9/16. That would be tomorrow night if it gets shipped 9/16 in China. Hate the waiting but maybe we will see them by the end of the week!

I'm in the same situation as you. I'am currently talking to Moto via chat. I spoke with them this morning and they told me to hold off and wait for an email. My delivery date is the 15, and my order status on their website is still at approved. Ill keep you posted.

Update: So after speaking with a Moto help person, he looked up my order and it stated its ready to go. Even though it still says not shipped but delivery date is tomorrow. He pretty much told me that I'm going to have to wait by my front door and hope for the best. He also told me that he forwarded this info to my email ,which I haven't received yet. Thanks Moto!

As I was walking out for work this morning the FedEx guy pulled up to deliver my phone, it took all my will power to go into to work and not take a sick day.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered on 9/2 and still says in "Order Approved" status with a estimated delivery date of 9/15/15. Support Chat agent says it's been built and will arrive even though there is no tracking number. I doubt it will come tomorrow and I need to have FedEx redirect it to somewhere I can pick it up since I won't be home.

I ordered on 9/2 as soon as the pre-order opened and the status on my phone is still just "accepted". I just got finished chatting with support and was told that my order "didn't go through due to problems on their end" and that my order is not shipping until tomorrow and isn't expected to be delivered until 9/19-9/21. My original delivery day was tomorrow. Thanks Motorola.

Mine is scheduled for 9/16. I have not gotten anything from moto but when I checked FedEx it shows as going to HK airport. Yea baby FedEx flight 5986!

All told me that my ship date was 9/11, but no FedEX tracking since. They are just reading what the screen tells them. They don't seem to have a clue. Ugh, I guess I'll have to wait and see...bummer.

I'm sure my phone is on a boat with the Skipper and Gilligan steering it!

what's weird is moto's page now says my estimated delivery is the 18th (up from the 17th originally) but fedex says 16th. like why change it to even later when your shipper shows earlier.

I was in the same "boat" but both of my orders are finally showing up on Fedex Delivery Manager with a delivery date of 9/16. My original estimate from Moto was 9/17 with 3 occasions of Moto support chat telling my they would ship on 9/11...
