Iview 754TCP with Ice cream need help

I cannot get the firmware to download to my computer to update my Iview. Is there a way that I can just do it from the tablet? I'm so frustrated. I just got it and it is so slow, the internet drops all the time. I can't figure out how to make it to accept English. When I type it picks up every word saying it is misspelled. The Iview technical support is horrible. :'(

Can anyone help me?
