Here is a bug that I found on the Droid Razr. Don't know if anyone else has found it. I contacted motorola and reported it.
You can't go before Jan 1, 1970 in the calendar, or if you try to enter your birth date in programs, it won't let you put in before Jan 1, 1970.
In the calendar, you can show Dec 1969, but if you click on any day of that month, it will take you to today's date.

Live chat dialog:
Rhea: Hi, my name is Rhea. How may I help you?
Rickey: Me & my friend both own the Droid Razr. We found a bug today and want to know how to report it.
Rhea: yes, Rickey. How can I help?
Rickey: You can't go beyond Jan 1, 1970 in the calendar, or when you try to enter your birthdate in any program that ask for it.
Rickey: I should say earlier that jan 1, 1970
Rhea: We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and want to assure you that Motorola does value your feedback We open a record for all consumer contacts which are then routed to the proper department for any further research.
Rhea: We thank you for the information.
Rhea: So will there be anything else?
Rickey: We tried the same programs on other android devices and was able to enter our birth dates, (which are earlier than Jan 1, 1970), just not on the razr
Rickey: Has anyone else found this issue?
Rhea: I apologize for that. Rest assured that everything on my end is documented and recorded so this concern will not be taken for granted.
Rhea: We are always gathering input from owners from calls, e-mails, the Web and other sources. I can't say for sure if this is known or common, but it will certainly be passed on.

I don't know anything about this bug, but I thought i'd mention that the system time for Unix OS starts at Jan 1st 1970 as "0" for it's time counter. They are probably using some utility that translates date to system time and the application is getting confused because they aren't recognizing negative numbers (Unix epoch negative represent dates earlier that 01/01/1970).

This is going to be a huge problem in 2038...

Received the latest update (Ver. 2.3.6) for the RAZR last night (2/9/12). This Jan 1, 1970 bug has been fixed.
