Odd, I didn't get this. Once it booted I just got the "completing update" notification which I understand to mean that it's updating the partition that was in use prior to the reboot.

anyone having wifi issues since the update?
I show connected but apps fail to pull data or get info very slow. I also lose connection in middle of games.

When I first encountered the problem I was just turning the Wifi off and on using the drop down menu. When I couldn't get online I went into the settings and started toggling the wifi switch on and off and soon after that I connected.

This problem is sporatic and recently turning the wifi on and off via the drop down menu has been fine. However I seem to be having problems loading apps as quickly as before, but not sure if this is due to the update or not at this point in time.
