January Verizon Update

I downloaded and installed the Verizon January update. The update deleted all of my website shortcuts I had saved to my phone's home screen. Why did this happen? Did this happen to anyone else? Just wondering, this has never happened in past updates.

Sorry that happened to you. It did not happen on my unlocked S10 using the AT&T network.

I flashed the updates through Odin and didn't lose mine , I'm really surprised . Anything unusual happend during the update?

That's really odd. I have Verizon and got the update yesterday. I didn't lose anything. I did nothing, just have my phone set to update between 2am and 4am and woke up to a notification that it updated, but nothing looked different.

This has never happened before. The only unusual thing I noticed before installing the update is the little Android guy emoji was at the corner of each web link (wish I took a screenshot) on my home screen. After I installed the update the phone restarted and all of the links were gone.

Me either and I download the security update each month.
