jaybird ear buds with note 8

For some reason I can't hear anyone when making am outgoing call.. is anyone else having this issue?

So, can you hear on incoming calls?

When you can't hear through the earbuds, have you checked to see if the sound is coming from the phone's earpiece instead?

In Settings -> Bluetooth -> tap the gear to the right of your Jaybirds and ensure that Phone Audio is enabled.
