I've been using my jbl tune buds for a couple months now with no problem but last night I started having connections issues here and there and today I couldn't get it to connect at all, I tried to unpair and repair but it won't repair to my phone (s23u), it shows it in available devices but won't pair. It's still paired to my laptop and it will connect and play sound for about half a second before disconnecting.
My father has a pair of jbl tune buds so I decided to try to pair them to my phone and can't get them to pair either.
Has anyone had these issues with the tune buds and maybe know a fix for the issue.

Thanks

I tried the factory reset with no luck and probably going to try again. I don't think the buds are staying on long enough to do the reset.
The app isn't available in my country and I don't have a VPN right now since money is so tight.

Is the battery running down quickly?
I don't think so. Doss it blink different or give a low battery warning?
I did finally get them to connect but the jbl headphones app wouldn't work which I use for the equalizer but an uninstall and reinstall seemed for fix that. And now that they are kind of working again they will connect but then play sound through the buds and my phone unless I mess with it a little.

I'm really thinking of getting new ones once I have the extra cash but I don't know which ones besides sennheiser are good, I know people say the galaxy buds are good. I don't want to spend too much but also don't want to cheap out and I very picky about sound quality.

I got the tune buds on a whim because they were marked down to $50 at my costco

Since you got them at Costco, are you able to bring them back for a return? If not, then Costco might be able to help you with a warranty claim, since it sounds like they're malfunctioning.

What's your budget for earbuds, and what features are important to you?
