I don't think that there has been a formal announcement either way. I'm such a nerd that I actually have a Google alert set up for the "LG Intuition" just so I can look for stories that talk about a possible Jelly Bean update. So far, I haven't seen any stories that have said anything one way or another. You could set an alert up, too. Since the phone has been out for several months, there really aren't many stories about it so you don't have to worry about it filling up your inbox. I rarely get an alert on it.
