Will the JIT compiler for android 2.2 make the Moto Droid as fast as the Incredible in terms of responsiveness?

I mean the Droid is 550Mhz and the Incredible is 1ghz but even when you OC the Droid to 1ghz, it just doesnt "feel" as smooth as the Incredible..

Hopefully, however it will also make the Incredible faster.

A big part of it is Sense UI + more RAM at work. Sense uses more system memory, but it puts it to good use in the "fluidity" department.
