Jittery when star gazing.

I remember seeing some setting to help eliminate some of the movement when view apps that use gps.

I just downloaded Sky chart and the view changes with the slightest movement. I am hope to use it with my 6 year old and his astronomy beltloop but it is too jittery.

Can some one help by reminding where that setting is?

Have you tried Google Sky?

Google Sky Map is great, and I know for sure there is a setting to dampen movement in there. Good Luck.

Also consider this program that might help you see satellites overhead at dawn/dusk.
