Juice Defender and S3 for mobile data

I am confused on how to use Juice Defender with the S3 as it relates to mobile data. Should the mobile data be ON in juice defender AND checked in the S3 settings; or on in one or the other, but not both? Thanks so much.

I'm no Juice Defender expert - I just installed it so that I could try to answer your question.
Depending on the Juice Defender profile that you selected, it should automatically turn off the mobile and/or Wi-Fi connections. You should just leave the OS settings turned on and let Juice Defender manage them.
